My roommate and I went apartment hunting in Dallas this past weekend and found the perfect place... We thought it was out of our price range, but the leasing agent took off $800 of our rent a month because we are associated with BUMC!!! I will add a few pictures (note: ours won't look this nice because our furniture is not nice haha).. BUT it is a midrise in Downtown, seriously TWO seconds from the hospital!!! It is going to be alot of fun living in DOWNTOWN! Can't wait!! We can decide between stained cement or hardwood floors, and accent wall color! I want to move... NOW!
